Luma: Daily Reset ("Luma")

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Luma. By using Luma, you agree to these Terms.
1) Using Luma
Luma provides wellness and productivity support features, including AI-generated daily insights and chat.
Luma is intended for general informational and lifestyle support only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
2) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
3) AI Features
AI responses may sometimes be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for how you use the information provided.
4) Subscriptions (Luma Plus)
Luma offers auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple App Store and Google Play:
- Luma Plus Monthly
- Luma Plus Yearly
Billing and renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, terms shown in the store listing at purchase time apply.
5) Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their billing policies.
6) No Ads / No Account Requirement
Luma currently does not require user accounts and does not include third-party ads.
7) Service Availability
We aim to keep Luma available and reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Features may change over time.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
9) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and publish the revised Terms.
